Ronald Sistrunk

I started building houses in the Decatur, GA area for Porter Sanford of Sanford Reality in 1994. He had a construction load to build 3 houses but needed a GC to overlook the projects. I built those three houses that sold around $150,000 apiece. While finishing the last house I was approached by an airline pilot asking me to build a $850,000 home in AL. After completing that project I came back to ATL and continued spot building houses and rehabbing houses for investors. When the bubble burst, with my experience I obtained an insurance adjusters license and began writing claims to damaged homes for the insurance company. Now I'm looking to get back to what I'm good at and really love doing.
