I'm an active Real Estate investor and licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Utah, primarily focused in the greater Salt Lake City area. I have been living nomadically and traveling around the country, so I do everything remotely. That said, I have a lot of local contacts that I work with to make the process as easy as if I were there. I have gained a lot of experience in remote investing from my own personal experience, and I now work to help others in a similar situation do the same as I have. I've got many contacts in Utah, Reno, and Denver for contractors, mortgage brokers, and other great agents. With a specialization in value add multifamily properties, I help clients find and analyze deals to help them build wealth and cash flow.
