I'm a small business owner and I own rental properties. Over the last several years I have started buying more properties to add to my portfolio which currently includes 25 units which are made up of small multifamily properties singles, duplexs and a triplex. I am looking to create long term cashflow and equity as a buy-and-hold investor. I would like to eventually invest and manage rental properties full-time in the next 5 to 10 years.
