Very ambitious to start learning and building a real estate empire. Iv been listening to about 4-5 hours a day every day for the last couple of weeks. I have the opportunity to work with a real estate investor who does residential and commercial investing - also runs a property management company. I would like to be fully prepared and ready to seize the chance.
