I am new to the BP community and have a passion to learn about REI. I just bought my first place in August 15' and since then I've been hooked. I'd love to learn more about flipping as well as buy and hold strategies for passive income. I am looking for a mentor to help me learn along the way and my goal for 2016 is to flip my first home. I am ready for anything just to learn.
