Real Estate Investor – Part time, Oil and Gas – Full time
Hello, my name is Ryan and I live in Minot ND. Im fairly new to real estate and very New to this market. I'm interested in investing in multi family properties long term (landlording). My previous experience in real estate is a rental property that I've owned and sold after nine years, and complete rehab on a property over an extended period of time while living in it. Networking with like minded people familiar with the area, books, and guidance is always welcome!
