Once had built a small “empire” and was forced to divest, but I am rebuilding now and on the upswing. Experience with fix/flip, BRRRR, AirBnB ownership/management, partial tear down/rebuilds, house hacking. *Loan Signing Agent / Notary in Minnesota *Not a Realtor *Niche talent at finding off market properties and manipulating multiple levers to make them cashflow.
