Ryan Sasscer

I am 31 years old and an active duty Officer in the U.S. Army. My only real estate experience is the purchase of two single family houses I bought as a personal residence for my family. I sold the second one, but still own the first and have been renting it out since 2012. I no longer live close to the property so I hired a local property management company that I pay 10% of the NOI. I am interested in buy and hold investing and plan to purchase a duplex or a fourplex within the next six months if I can find the right deal. I have a moderate amount of capital I am willing to invest in the form of a down payment, but I will need financing in order to afford this next purchase.
