Hello Everyone! This is more of a profile for my significant other and I rather than one person individually. We are really interested in real estate and have really enjoyed the podcasts. (A special Thanks to Josh and Brandon!) So far we are finding ourselves drawn to passive buy and hold properties and the BRRRR strategy. We don't want to be "Tycoons..." We just want to generate enough passive income to exceed our annual expenses buy 25%. Which will allow our wealth to grow on auto pilot.
