Ryan Vernich

I'm a water/wastewater engineer living in Knoxville, TN with my incredible wife. I love music, deep conversation, good grub, the outdoors, and most of all Jesus. I thought for the longest time that the best way to not get swept up in the growing want for more stuff was to be content with what I had. Although that is still true, what has recently became real to me is the incredible opportunity that I have laying on the table to build wealth, specifically with real estate, that not many others have. Compared to most people living in the world my opportunity is my greatest strength for a potential to give in big ways, and just like that I'm interested. One of my greatest passions is to buy-in to people's specific talents and help them live a fulfilled life, something they can be proud of. Unfortunately, it doesn't take much to notice what stands in the way for most people: lack of education, generational poverty, bad credit, and so forth.
