I am a newbie investor who grew up watching my family members with rental properties. My husband and I are in a place now that we are ready to start our investment journey. We have been making real estate purchases for ourselves that are not income properties, i.e. warehouse for our business and family get-away/deer lease property, now its time we pick up some properties that can make us passive income and plan for the future. We have our first property in Goliad, Tx and are just about ready to put it on the market. Time to find our 2020 investments.
