Dianne Ronnow

Dianne Ronnow is a co-living consultant, real estate investor, and business strategist with over 20 years of experience in real estate and more than 30 years in business development and marketing. She specializes in helping investors create profitable, stable co-living homes using proven systems and real-world experience. Dianne has trained under co-living pioneer Grant Shipman and Livingsmith, and has successfully operated co-living properties in Las Vegas. In addition to consulting, she is the Director of the Co-Living Conference and Organizer of the Independent Real Estate Investors Conference Cruise, bringing together investors and industry experts from across the country. Dianne is known for building systems that not only increase cash flow—but create well-run, community-driven homes that residents stay in long-term.
