21 years US Army (7 Active Federal Service, 14 M-Day CA National Guard) planning to retire 2022/2023. Current primary source of income: bartender extraordinaire (self proclaimed - likely mediocre by popular opinion). Entering the world of real estate investing both to reach true financial freedom and because I have always been fascinated by houses (the true attraction lies in the ability to imagine, design, and create innumerable remarkable ideas to fit the desire of any given individual). Currently house-hacking, looking at BRRRR as my primary focus, multi-family as my secondary focus, and flipping when it makes sense. Always interested in sharing ideas, happy to be a sounding board, but I like to problem-solve so if you just want to vent you have to tell me you don't want my help with the spitballs. I have never been a fan of social media so I will wait until I have some personal professional relevance before engaging on these quite likely useful platforms.
