Hi we are Samantha and Brett! We have been investing and managing short term rentals for the past 8 years. We're located in Los Angeles, Miami, and Naples, FL. Some properties we purchase ourselves and rent on sites like Airbnb, and others we arbitrage by leasing a property from a landlord and listing that space on Airbnb so we profit from the money on top of the rent. We’re Superhosts with thousands of 5 star reviews and understand what it takes to provide a 5 star experience to our guests, we’re excellent at communicating with them, and love being a host in general. We’re 28 years old, very ambitious and only want to continue to grow in this space. We’re adding new properties to our portfolio every single month and looking to connect with others who share that same interest!
