Recent grad working as a chemical engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers in Kansas City. Purchased my first investment property (primary residence) in late June 2020, I've been working on renovating the house while I live in it, and I'm currently working to find a roommate(s). Then comes the "R" for "Refinancing" in my hybrid BRRRR strategy in the pursuit of FI. I would be interested in FIRE (if you don't know that FIRE stands for Financial Independence Retire Early you should!), but retiring early is not something I'm interested in right now.
