Real estate investor in the DMV area. Motivated and looking to connect/help others in the area with similar goals. In 2016 I purchased a foreclosure that I renovated and have rented out. Saving capital and learning as much as I can about real estate investing. Have a decent amount of capital to invest and looking for Mentors and partners to help invest in SFR and Multifamily units in the DMV area.
