Good Morning PB! My name is Sam Miller and I am new to Real Estate Investing. I just purchased first home (condo) in Framingham Massachusetts and that was stressful but exhilarating! I will never buy another property in or near a flood zone again. Thankfully I had a great team around me that helped me through the process (Teamwork makes the dream work!) I work full time as an Email Marketing Manager and I am also a part time graduate MBA student at Babson College in Wellesley. I just started taking real estate courses and have been hooked on BP podcast for the past 4 months (40 Poscasts down while on the commuter rail and at work.... shhhhh). My short term goal is to buy a multi unit property and house hack my way to passive income. My long term goal is to replace my income with rental property free cash flow and start my own LLC and maybe dabble in property management. I have signed up for multiple REI groups in MA but have not been able to attend due to balancing work, school, and buying my first property. This holiday break ('18) I plan to attend as many networking events as possible. Thank you to all the folks @PB for putting together so much knowledge and creating a beautiful site/app for all of us to share and network with one another on!
