I'm 26, an Electrical Engineer, looking to become a real estate investor near me. I'm currently in the phase of learning as much as I can about buy and hold SFH and MFH that will cash flow to get my feet wet then work my way up to commercial apartments. I always down to meet like-minded people to have a discussion about a topic or business. Primary goal: 1) Learn, 2) build network, 3) start analysising deals, 4) find a mentor, 5) get started and crush it!
