My name is Sandra Silva from Sacramento, CA. I recently found this amazing group by research. I had someone come to me and ask to find some good property deals, so there I went. I needed to know what part I'd play by doing so and came across the word "wholesaling". I was lucky day one I got wind of someone wanting to sell their problem home, I got it to 100k and after rehab market value 225k, it's in contract now. now I don't know if I could repeat that again that fast but it sure felt good and worth blowing my own horn :) I am very eager and ready to take on the rough road ahead of me..
