My husband and I run a successful Airbnb Management, Handyman, and Design/Staging company called Nestrs, LLC. We got hooked on Real Estate when our first property, a single family in Astoria, Queens that had a little mother-in-law suite with it's own entrace, doubled in value in less than four years. We fixed her up, Airbnb'd the suite, lived for free, and then sold it for a pretty penny four years later. Purchasing buy and holds in great neighborhoods and Airbnbing them is now 'our thing'. Fun Fact: In 2015 we had an opportunity to showcase our house flipping and design skills on the 8 episode series Beach Flip on HGTV! I'm focused, motivated, and I love connecting with other like-minded individuals!
