With a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development, but never having really used the real estate part of the degree independent of my job, I currently have a job that allows me a little extra income to save for investing and I'm looking for opportunities to try land flipping and would eventually like to also own rental properties. I'm mainly interested in residential and land at this time. I'm also an animal lover and a dog trainer.
