After evaluating rental investment vs flipping homes we decided to try doing one flip in late 2015. It was not easy but we enjoyed it and made decent profits. Since then we did a couple more and would like to do more if we can find houses for the right price. Now in the San Francisco Bay Area and flipping homes isnt as easy as it was in Wisconsin :) As of mid-2024, I am exploring investing in cash flowing and/or something that helps reduce W2 Income and capital gains, thinking rentals anywhere in the US.
