Savana Rose

I sold my business last year and now am looking for other activities to keep me busy. I don't want to run a company again for awhile. I like looking at real estate, imagining what needs to be done to make it look sweet, and then seeing the project thru. I'm more of a visionary/designer type than a hands on physical labor type, but I have done pretty well getting a couple houses prettied up and sold in my former home of Santa Barbara. Moved to Ashland OR last year and am now looking for low end houses to invest in in the ashland/medford/talent area of southern Oregon to get started on my fix and flip plans. Any ideas are welcome!
