I am definitely a late real estate bloomer. I’m in my mid 40’s and just now seeing all the fun, excitement and opportunity before me. I grew up on a 365 acre ranch in Nevada and never really contemplated the real estate aspect of that property until now. I’ve lived in Los Angeles and San Diego for 20+ years before moving to Georgia in 2017 and that’s when I had my eyes opened to real estate by all the great opportunities available in this beautiful state. My only attempt at REI was in 2018 when I attempted a lease-to-own in Lilburn, GA that I ultimately stepped away from. Looking forward to making 2023 the year that changes everything. Planning on my first personal residence, house hacking that then acquiring my first real estate investment. I plan to stack after that.
