My name is Michael Schmeltzer. I have got to the point in life where I'm asking the question what am i going to do in the next 20 years. I as many other am in a job I do not love or enjoy. I have always told myself if I won the lottery I would invest in apartment complexes. After stumbling onto a periscope from Clayon Morris of Morris investments, I came to realize I don't need to win the lottery to do that. Ever since listing to a scope of his iv been hooked on real estate investing. I'm joining here after picking up rental property investing by Brandon Turner to further grow my knowledge in buy and hold properties.
