My name is Scott, I'm in the Air Force and currently stationed in Delaware. I'm interested in buying single family and multi family homes to fix them up and rent them out. I currently own 2 properties and looking to buy my third. My wife and I complete 95% of the work ourselves and only contract out what we absolutely have to. We are also in fix and flips when the calculations dont work out for rentals.
