I am 33 years old, and just moved to Athens with my wife and one year old daughter. I have worked as an accounting manager for a property management company for 7 years, and have the itch to start in real estate on my own. Experience: My brother and I purchased a SFH in Greenville, SC. It has been a great investment, and I would now like to expand my portfolio. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to make enough cash flow each month to become financially free. I love my job in property management, but would like the option to work, instead of feeling stuck in the rat race. Currently Seeking: I am searching for 2-4 unit properties for me to house hack. My wife, daughter, and I are moving to Athens, GA to find more affordable real estate, and are interested in house hacking to accelerate our growth.
