I am currently an Asset Manager for a Real Estate Private Equity Fund with a $1.5B portfolio of 14,000+ Multi Family units within 54 communities across FL, TX, AZ, & CO. I also partnered with a Family Owned Merchant developer, developing $80M of retail projects including a 350k sq ft Class A Lifestyle Center. Personal investment experience in Real Estate has been with 4 single family homes, including one rental and one rehab. I am now actively seeking to grow my personal active involvement in investing in Real Estate, initially in the Tampa Bay area in residential development/ rehab.
