Scott Herb

2020 graduate from the University of Cincinnati. I have experience in commercial construction as a project manager, and now I'm focused on real estate investment full-time. Currently I am looking for multi-family properties of all sizes, with my main focus to syndicate deals of about 50 units and up in the Greater Cincinnati area. I have also more recently become interested in wholesaling. And of course I am always looking to expand my network, so feel free to reach out for any reason!
