I am new to real estate investing. I am doing it right, having set up a legal corporation to run under. We are looking at buying, fixing and flipping to pay for our buy and hold properties. We are focusing on operating in the St Louis metro area and into the Southern Illinois areas. My goal is to build up to flipping one property a month.
