Rental Property Investor
Real Estate Investor looking to purchase 2-4 unit rental properties. I am based in Southern California, but currently focusing on out-of-state investments in Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH as primary target markets. I prefer the BRRRR strategy, but also look for turn-key opportunities that cashflow. Would love to connect with likeminded investors, real estate agents, contractors, wholesalers, and possible mentors.
