Scott Long

Hello, my name is Scott Long and I am just getting started in the industry. I have researched many real estate investing websites, and have been reading "how to" books. I am very eager to become a full time realtor, and would like to receive any form of advice. The only experience I have is being able to remodel houses, and what I have learned from researching the real estate business. I am currently updating my house, so that I may turn it into an income property. I would like to be able to do this, and other investing techniques, with properties around my area.
