I am a fun, loving, hard working State Farm Insurance agent that really enjoys real estate investing. I started 10 years ago by flipping 2 single family homes, then built a 5500 sf commercial office that I use part of to run my SF business out off. A few years ago I started investing again and now have 8 homes, a duplex and a 4plex in my portfolio, oh ya, and my commercial building. I recently learned that I know very little about real estate inventment and there are many other ways to grow the portfolio. A gentleman I met at Starbucks introduced me to this website and said it can help me learn.
