I am a part time real estate investor and full time packaging consultant based in Southern California. I currently own three single family residence rentals (CA and NV) and help manage a few commercial properties for my family. I’ve embraced the recent quarantine and have taken advantage of the last few months by learning as much as I can about real estate investing- reading books, listening to podcasts and webinars, trying to absorb as much as possible. I share an extreme passion for real estate with my wife and am excited to embark on this journey together. We want to expand our portfolio and have been looking for at out of state multifamily properties to buy and hold, and SFR homes to fix and flip.
