I began my real estate investing 4 years ago, acquiring a small multi-family in Cincinnati. Over the years my partners and I have renovated and increased rents with the goal of improving tenant quality and profitability through exceptional management. With a lot of life changes, i haven’t been focus on growth or acquiring new units, but have recently told myself there is no time like the present to learn a new market (Atlanta) and focus on growing my portfolio. I am looking meet people in the Atlanta area to talk real estate, with an interest in short term rentals through arbitrage to help build cash flow and capital to use for acquiring long term buy and hold properties.
