I've been working in Real Estate since 2013 - I started underwriting and bidding on tax liens that were up at courthouse auctions in Southern Illinois. I met a few real estate investors on a chairlift in Colorado while moonlighting as a snowboard instructor. These investors were from South Beach and offered me an opportunity to work with them. I've been in South Beach since 2014 and have held business development roles on the acquisition side, seeking investment opportunities in retail and multifamily. I have a strong technology background - a self taught full stack web developer and certified AWS Solutions Architect. I've seen over $1B of deal flow and trades on the Auction.com platform while working on the business development team for the commercial division. I'm currently helping developers and owners maximize their online marketing by building websites and strategically helping them target their assets to the right buyer.
