I work in a professional career and live in Fresno, CA. I enjoy sports, any and all outdoor adventures as well as traveling. Looking forward to networking with like minded people and making the most out of the one opportunity in life we get. Experience: To date I do not have any investment real estate experience, I have owned a home in the past which has since been sold. I enjoy the real estate process, as well as seeing my work in a home pay off with appreciation. Real Estate Goals: Real Estate has always been an investment idea but long term I like the capital appreciation of real estate as well as the possible cash flow. While I am not looking to replace my income in the immediate future, supplementing my income sometime in the future and possibly replacing my income long term is what I want. Along with this would be the appreciation of the asset over time as well further boosting my net worth allowing for freedom of time with my family and generous giving. Currently Seeking: I am looking to gain knowledge by action. I want to be involved in a process & help others while learning from these experiencing. If you are looking for some help of any kind I would be happy to do just for the experience and possibly a small supplement. This will allow me the experience and confidence for when I am able to make the jump by myself.
