In 2020, I embarked on a transformative real estate journey, driven by a deep commitment to improving life for my family. What started as curiosity quickly became a reality as I jumped right into flipping and renting properties, overcoming the initial fears that often held me back. This leap of faith would become my biggest success-proving that there will never a be a perfect time to jump in, nor will you ever be 100% ready. From the outset, my focus has been on strategically flipping properties for profit and creating sustainable rental income streams. Though the path has not been without challenges, particularly in scaling up my portfolio. With each project completed, new lessons have been learned, and skills sharpened. Though I am not with out faults and mistakes. Oooh.. I could write a book on all my mistakes.
