Seth Excellent

My name is Seth Excellent. I’m a 20-year-old registered nurse with a deep passion for real estate that began when I was 15, during my sophomore year of high school. That passion eventually led me to launch Project Excellent alongside my three brothers—Timothy, Joshua, and Caleb. Our company’s name is inspired by both our Haitian heritage and our last name, representing legacy, purpose, and unity. Project Excellent focuses on real estate investing, but just as importantly, we’re committed to giving back through charity events and community-focused initiatives.
