I grew up in Maine, Joined the military at 17, tried college didn't like it, went back in to the military and retired from the military just this year! I own 4 properties with a. total of 11 units. very new to real estate investing. I prefer long term rentals, buying junk, fixing it up then renting it out. I am also apprenticing as a carpenter now so that I can hopefully learn enough to manage these rehab projects entirely on my own. Always looking to learn more and meet others who are interested in real estate!! Oh, and of course, always looking to grow the portfolio.
