I currently have 12 units in TN and TX combined which are all rentals. I am now trying to get into rehabbing properties and either holding them with the BRRRR strategy or flipping them for a profit. I was previously living and working in the Nashville and Chattanooga TN market but I am now living in San Antonio Texas. I would like to explore options in San Antonio and Chattanooga and will need access to Realtors, Mortgage brokers/other lenders, and contractors.
