Hi! I'm Seun. I discovered BiggerPockets several months ago and I have been obsessed since. I have listened to hundreds of real estate podcasts (multiple times) and I continue to educate my self by reading real estate books/articles. I currently work full-time as an Engineer here in Houston, TX were I reside. I am looking to purchase properties in Toledo, OH (my hometown) and Houston,TX as well. Update: Closed on my first SFR property in Nov 2019!!! Woohoo! Next goal, find a small multifamily unit to house hack in by by Q4-2020 so I can stop renting and increase cash flow. Also find an experienced investor I can work for in exchange for mentorship. I am available to work on weekends and I can work during the week in the evenings as well!
