I am a current full time educator who is new to real estate investing and am still seeking my first deal. My current goal for this year is "House Hacking" into a duplex or triplex, with a long term Buy and Hold goal of at least five properties over the next seven years. I am looking to invest in Western and Central Massachusetts. I have done a good deal of research and am here on Bigger Pockets to learn as much as I can from the experts in preparation for my first deal. I would love to touch base with anyone who has experience with Buy and Hold investing in Massachusetts and especially in the Pioneer Valley.
