Shane Hyde

I am a 21 year retired veteran of the US Coast Guard. I have a 12 year old daughter that is addicted to downhill skiing, so we do as much of that as possible. I own one rental property that I bought off the MLS and rehabbed five years ago before I understood cash flow. I am interested in acquiring six multi-family units over the next 6 years and build the cash reserves to do so with one or two flips a year. Real Estate Investing has always been something I knew I wanted to focus on so I'm excited to get involved here and locally.
