About myself
As of early 2019, little to no experience in REI. Bought a house I was renting in 2017 primarily because it was easier than moving. Now finding myself with some substantial equity less than 2 years later, I'm here trying to figure out how to best capitalize on it. Still learning the various strategies and options that are available to me. Looking to quit my 8-5 ASAP, like 10 years or less. Is 5 possible??
