Shane Thompson

Hi everyone! My name is Shane and I am a 21 year old aspiring investor located in the NE Philadelphia area. My primary interests are going to the gym and taking care of my pets. I am especially interested in the house hacking strategy and plan to land my first deal in the coming years. In the meantime, I plan to save my money, make connections, and take other measures to place me in a good investing position. I am open to and would appreciate advice about starting out from anybody in the community with experience who is willing to give me some of their time!
