Hello. I am delighted to be a part of the Bigger Pockets community. As a new investor with little funds, my initial strategy is to start wholesaling to raise funds to begin fix-n-flipping, using hard money investors. Every fourth flip, I will buy and hold using the BRRRR and employing the stacking strategy as I go. My purpose is to provide funding for Veterans support and other charitable causes while obtaining freedom from the rat race for my wife and I while building a strong financial legacy for our children.
