Flipper/Rehabber
I am a part time investor/soon to be retired police officer. We have 7 rental houses in San Marcos that we own and manage. We recently bought our first fix and flip house out by Canyon Lake and are looking forward to doing a few of them. I am interested in expanding our rental portfolio and meeting like minded people.
