I ironically learned about investing by playing that guru Rich Dad's game Cashflow. I have a relative who successfully flipped some houses in Colorado Springs... I have a friend there who is also interested in flipping who conveniently owns a painting company. I also used to be a painter and briefly worked in remodeling as well as attending carpentry school so I would be able to do some of my own work.
