Call me Sid. Have one rental property in which I used the BRRRR strategy. Haven't "Repeated" yet. In the process of a house hack now. I currently have a partner (also my lender) with 6-7 properties. Currently looking to connect with other investors and wholesalers. Looking to build an active income through wholesaling and investing in rentals as I find deals/build capital. I've listened to many of the BP RE podcasts, read the BRRRR book, The Book on Rental Properties, Set For Life, and other business/RE books.
